We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking & Packaging Fee
A 20% restocking and packaging fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale and clearance items
- Intimates
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@flexandflowexchange.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and send return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the 20% restocking and packaging fee has been deducted. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@flexandflowexchange.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
