Size Guide
Each style at Flex & Flow Exchange has its own fit. Check the size choices, measurements, and fit notes on the product page before ordering. A letter size can fit differently across brands and fabrics.
Choosing your size
- Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure, keeping the tape level and comfortably close to your body.
- Compare your measurements with any size chart or garment measurements shown on the product page. Garment measurements describe the clothing itself; body measurements describe you.
- Read the fit notes for details such as compression, stretch, length, and whether a style is close-fitting or relaxed.
Between sizes?
Stretchy, close-fitting styles and relaxed layers can fit differently. If the product page does not give enough detail, email us before ordering with the product name, the size you are considering, and the fit you prefer. We can help compare the information available for that style.
