We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates, restrictions, and assistance with missing or damaged packages are described in our Shipping Policy:

Please contact us if an order is missing, delayed, or damaged. Mandatory delivery and risk-of-loss rights remain unaffected.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days after receiving an item to notify us that you wish to make a return.

Our Refund Policy explains the conditions for standard US returns, customer-paid return postage for change-of-mind returns, applicable exclusions, and our policy of charging no restocking or packaging fee:

Where EU statutory withdrawal rights apply, the EU statutory-rights section of our Refund Policy takes precedence over conflicting return conditions, fees, or exclusions.
