Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
- USPS Shipping — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@flexandflowexchange.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages Flex and Flow Exchange is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please:
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office for any attempted deliveries.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or inquiry.
Please retain your tracking number at all times, as it is required when contacting the carrier. We are unable to assist with carrier claims without a valid tracking number.
